the gallery north is a curated art print shop selling ready-made designs. We deliver art prints and frames across Europe. Questions about these terms or an order? Contact contact@thegallerynorth.com.

Orders

Choose your print, material, size and any frame or passe-partout before placing your order, and check your selection and delivery details carefully. Colors may look slightly different on screen and in print.

Copyright

Buying a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may display the physical print or give it as a gift, but you may not copy, reproduce or distribute the design.

Prices, payment and delivery

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Production normally takes 2–4 business days and total delivery typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

You never pay separate import VAT or customs charges. If you receive such an invoice, send it to contact@thegallerynorth.com and we'll cover it.

Returns and your rights

We do not offer a voluntary returns period. See our returns and refunds page for statutory rights, damaged items and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law says otherwise.
